Congratulations on achieving another milestone. We met you once, face to face, on the first Annual Prairie Home Companion Cruise In 2005. Tell Jenny we especially liked seeing the 3 of you ( including your young daughter) having dinner with the cast in the Grand Dining Hall of The Maasdam. Such fun we had that week!
Great neighbors, Winston and Carole, had a Saturday night tradition of hanging out in their adjoining garage with the door open, listening to Prairie Home Companion. They would play their radio loudly, putter around organizing and tidying up the weekly mess, laughing and smiling, week after week. “What are you listening to?”, we asked. They told us all about you and PHC, long, long ago. We became fans, too. Saturday nights with the PHC tradition became a common bond. So, we 4 had to get tickets for the 1st Annual PHC Cruise!i
Carole and I attended every one of your writing classes on Board the Maasdam. Guess who just published her 4th award winning Travel/Cookbook? Carole!
