I hope that PBS will film this historic performance for all of us fans who cannot attend.

I had the extreme pleasure of attending a performance at our outdoor amphitheater in Flagstaff; where my party was invited to a “pregame” visit with Garrison. In the “news from Lake Woebegone” he incorporated our friend’s story of surviving a plane crash that left him with only a significant limp, requiring him to use a cane. It was an awesome performance with lots of opportunities to “sing along”….which my pals will know was such a treat for me!!

I used to listen to the show on the radio, so when I was moving from the East to the West coast, I timed my trip so I would be there for the show in person. It was great to see you and the cast on stage, and sit amidst so many fans. I wish I could come to this one, too.

I saw the show 1x live --- Nov 1997 in Chicago at the Medinah Temple. Studs Terkel was the special guest. I have a ticket to see Garrison this Sunday in Escondido, CA as I live in SoCal now. Almost 26 years apart from when I first saw him.
