The way I did it was click on Buy Tickets. Then click on Artist Presale. Click "yes." Then type in code. Then you get a neat map of the Fitzgerald; click on the section you want; the available seats are blue circles. Click on each one you want. Check out. At some point I guess you need an AXS account, so plan to either sign in or sign up to that app.
