Methinks, good NYC Piper, had your cranium zapped by the geomagnetic storm last week, and you are not fully where you once were.
Worry not! I got the zap too and back here we, in MN Dakota County, likely had our conclusions zapped; the part of our brain known as the cerebrum, those important cells that take us to all needy floors. "Duck and cover" just doesn't help.
Good one on you for encouraging your nearby youth to take in good theater and/or view the Museum, I might add.. It's the Age of Disgruntlement that worries our cerebrum, now enhanced by geomagnetics.
We can become carriers which can put Covid to shame. Our madness has become more evasive and still fills the skies. Beware. good Sir, upon those who have a short-handled aspergillum. In our church, we are wetted annually. You never know.
I love your sense of the ordinary pleasures to be found once we survive solar flares. Who is that in the photo, though? I don’t think it is you. But I may be wrong (as the theme song from the latest “Monk” series echoes in my head).
I like the "We did this already and why would we do it again?" comment. The old orange man with the bad haircut believes that we want him back, malarkey. lies and misdeeds and all. A majority of Americans believe him too. God bless America.
Good morning Uncle Garrison. I'm more than a decade behind you but your perspective on life has me looking forward to my eighth decade with great anticipation. I try to put into practice much -- but not all -- of your wisdom. I'm not always successful, yet when I am, I credit you with the smile that appears on my face more frequently now than ever. Thank you my friend!
Well, if we elect the lying, raping, cheating, election-denying, racist insurrectionist again, at least you won't have to worry about the harm a "political hack" might do to to the country and the world. When you're a star they let you do it!
Good that he does. At least that 82 year old has less dementia than the orange man. A recent psychological analysis (done remotely) established that. That "political hack" has done more good for the country than all the evil perpetrated by the pevaricator.
BTW- Splendor In The Grass is a great movie, everyone should see it. (But best on the big screen in a dark theater.) The young Natalie Wood and Warren Beatty are both incredibly beautiful and talented, and the story is universally moving.

Has anybody ever found out why that man uses orange makeup? Orange? Does anybody else use that stuff?

We’re 44 today, GK!
Wish us “Happy Anniversay!” 😎🥰❤️ https://themjkxn.substack.com/p/you-ask-me
You wrote that whole thing just for the punch line.
Way to go, GK.
You left out the other choice that you will have for President--an 82 year political hack. You always do that.
Well, if we elect the lying, raping, cheating, election-denying, racist insurrectionist again, at least you won't have to worry about the harm a "political hack" might do to to the country and the world. When you're a star they let you do it!
Nailed It! Had to reply. Must share

Happy 17th of May! It's a Norwegian Day!
Setenden Maia (sp?)!
not even close
Well, pretty much know where you stand. Have a good day.
And we know where you stand, sympathies.
Brilliant ... and not just because we think alike! ♥

Just saying!
