You talk about it, almost casually, but "THANK HEAVENS FOR THAT FELLOW IN THE ORANGE VEST! I wonder how many "decapitations per year" occur in that manner? Theoretically, one would suppose that engineers might figure out some way to include sensors what could detect "soft tissue" versus umbrellas or folded child strollers. Is there anyone in the GKandFriends readership out there who knows about the mechanics of this? It would almost make me afraid to ride the METRO!
